Donovan built multiple e-commerce businesses in high school, which lead to his passion for personal finance at a young age. He began learning about the value of long-term, consistent investing in seeking to build wealth. After deciding he had enough of the cold and snowy Western New York winters, he decided to move somewhere warmer that had opportunities in the finance industry and a favorable environment to begin investing in real estate, which landed him in Charlotte.
While in college at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Donovan purchased his first rental property, which gave him additional insight into the real estate industry. After becoming a financial professional, Donovan decided to focus on serving real estate professionals, where he's merged his experience in finance, solo-business ownership, and real estate. Our Story:In 2018, Harry Greyard and Nicholas Deneault established Deneault & Greyard LLC.
